Memoize Studio does not receive your symptom entries, treatment information, notes, Apple Health data, or exported reports through MenoReview.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the MenoReview iOS app and the MenoReview website operated by Memoize Studio. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Memoize Studio.
Information stored by the app
MenoReview can store information you choose to enter or import, including symptom check-ins, hot-flash and night-sweat events, bleeding or spotting entries, treatments and schedules, notes, review plans, questions, and app preferences.
This information is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. MenoReview does not require an account and does not send this history to a developer-operated server.
Apple Health
If you choose to connect Apple Health, MenoReview requests read-only access only to the categories you select. The app does not write to Apple Health. Imported values are used on your device to help you review patterns alongside your entries.
Health data is not used for advertising, marketing, data mining, or sale. You can change Apple Health access at any time in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
Purchases
MenoReview Complete is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. We use StoreKit to determine whether Apple has verified an entitlement for your Apple Account. Apple processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy; MenoReview does not receive your payment-card details.
Exports, backups, and sharing
The app creates a PDF, CSV, or backup file only when you request it. You choose where that file is saved or shared. Once you send a file to another app, service, person, or clinician, their privacy and security practices apply.
Website data
This website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics, tracking pixels, or a contact-form database. If you email support, your email provider and ours process the message so we can respond.
Your privacy choices
- Edit or delete individual entries inside MenoReview.
- Control Apple Health permissions in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
- Control notification permissions and optional app locking in iOS or the app.
- Export a copy of your data before deleting the app.
Because we do not operate an account or health-data backend, we cannot view, retrieve, or remotely delete the health-adjacent history stored on your device. Deleting the app may delete local data unless you have created your own export or backup.
Children
MenoReview is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app or website.
Security
MenoReview uses Apple platform protections for local storage and supports an optional Face ID, Touch ID, or device-passcode lock. No method of storage is risk-free, so keep your device passcode secure and handle exported files carefully.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MenoReview changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here and, when appropriate, in the app or App Store release information.
